Questions, answered.
Can Posific handle prescriptions?
No. Posific is for the retail side of a pharmacy: front-of-shop products, stock, loyalty and the books. Prescriptions and insurance claims stay in your pharmacy system.
Can I trace which customers bought a recalled batch?
For sales where the lot was recorded, yes. Posific also lists sales that can't be ruled out because no lot was recorded on them, so nothing is falsely reassuring.
Does the till stop expired stock being sold?
No. Posific records each lot's expiry date and your quarantine decisions, but pulling stock from the shelf is a job for the team.
